How do we get gray hair?

How do we get gray hair?

First of allIt is often said that their stress must have been severe when they see celebrities with white heads in just a few days.

Then, What is the process of creating hair?

At the end of the hair, there are hair roots, hair follicles, and pores. It means root of fur. Just as grass absorbs moisture and nutrients from the ground through its roots and supplies them to the entire plant, the roots are located across the dermis and epidermis and provide nutrients necessary for cell formation. The difference with plants is that plants do not grow new when they are rooted out, but hair does not. This is because hair is made from an organ called a hair follicle that has a pocket shape in the dermis layer of the skin. More precisely, they proliferate in cells called the pore beneath the hair follicles. In other words, growing hair is the process of new cells being made and pushed up and out of the skin, and the hair at the end is the oldest hair. The hair produced in the hair follicles repeats the cycle of falling out through the growth, regression, and rest periods.

 How can hair color vary?

A. Melanocyte cells that make melanin in the skin are influenced by tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein1 and TRP2 to produce two melanin pigments, called peomelanine and eumelanine, which are dark in peomelanine. The mixture of these two melanin results in different skin colors, eyes, and hair colors. In general, the darker the hair color, the darker the skin color, because the different hair colors appear depending on the amount of melanin pigment in the skin.

Q. When I was in high school, gray hair when I get older? Is it something else?

A. White hair at a young age is often called a gray hair. Satch is caused by the disappearance of melanin pigment in the hair. The same is true of gray hair caused by aging. It is caused by the disappearance of melanin cells from the hair roots. In other words, gray hair caused by gray hair or aging is caused by the same reason, the lack of melanin cells. However, unlike gray hair, which results from changes in hormone secretion due to aging and the cell function of making melanin pigments, gray hair refers to the case in which a relatively young person is caused by heredity or stress.

Q. Why do you have gray hair?

A. White hair does not change color, such as dyeing or bleaching, but occurs in cells that are responsible for every strand of hair. The melanin in hair is obtained from hair follicles, which is precisely due to hair follicle protrusions (melanine cell stem cells). The melanin cells, or you will die because hair falls out of the hair follicle growth during the melanocyte stem cells for the growth of new hair to be filled. To morph into a certain district and melamine and melamine supply. At this time, if melanin is not supplied to the pores, white hair grows.

There are many reasons for the lack of melanin in hair, except for genetic factors, hormonal abnormalities such as hyperthyroidism and degradation, and studies show that diseases such as diabetes and kidney disease cause gray hair.

Stress also lengthens gray hair. Earlier this year, a study was published on the mechanism of gray hair growing under stress. Researchers at the University of Sao Paulo and Harvard University found stress-induced damage to melanin cell stem cells and announced it to Nature. Black-furred mice exposed to various stresses increased adrenaline and cortisol secretion, which increased heart rate and increased blood pressure prompted the depletion of melanin-cell stem cells that produce melanin in hair follicles. In particular, even if melanin cells were still present in the pores, melanin cell stem cells were not visible, which meant that white hair would grow in hair follicles that entered the growing season again, even if there were black hair.

Q. Is there any treatment to get rid of gray hair?

A. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn gray hair into black hair. Therefore, for now, it is best to prevent gray hair. Nevertheless, products that are helpful are sold. These include biotin, zinc, selenium, vitamin B-12 and D-3, which serve as specific nutrients in overall melanin production. However, unless the cause of gray hair has been diagnosed as malnutrition, these supplements cannot affect the lack of melanin production that results in gray hair. In particular, the color of hair is determined by the presence of melanin cell stem cells in individual hair follicles, so even if there are new hairs growing in the hair follicles, they can only grow white.
