While I have been in Korea, I had a lot of Korean food
From now on I'm going to introduce Korean foods I enjoyed
Today , I'm gonna tell you Samgyeopsal !!
The reason it is called Samgyeopsal is that it consists of three layers of fat and lean meat
Koreans consume a lot of Pork
Among of the pork, the love for pork belly is unique
It is grilled on the wide stone plate at the table equipped with gas burner
Once it is grilled with properly range, you can dip it in a mixture of sesame oil and salt or the sauce based on soybean paste
and you can eat it wrapped in lettuce
When they eat Samgyeopsal, they also eat it with 'Soju', the Korean alcohol
Those harmonize well
Soju helps our mouth could be not greasy with Samgyeopsal
