What could we feel impressive in the book of Isaiah chapter 55 ?

Do you know who wrote the book of Isaiah?

The answer is ....

That the Book of Isaiah was written by the Prophet Isaiah.

He was able to write this book because he was given the word from God.

It feels holy for a believer right?

I want to talk about Chapter 55 of Isaiah with two topics in mind.

What does God want to say to us through this chapter?

Did you think of it before?

Let's talk about it then.

Verse 1~3

1 Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.

2 Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

3 Give ear and come to me; hear me, that your soul may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David.

People struggle to live day to day as is, whether it be for their life or their future.

Of course, it's important to maintain materialistic aspects in our life,

but there is a soul in our body that we also need to be mindful of.

Like the body is maintained with eating food, a spiritual food is necessary for the soul, and

we can know that the spiritual food is God's words. That’s what these verses are trying to say.

I hope God's word can be a spiritual food for us

and

especially, Isaiah Chapter 55 Verse 11 is one of my favorites in Bible😁

Verse 11

So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

I was taught that God would always achieve what he says and promises.

Then what does God want to achieve?

We can know it through the Bible.

Aren’t you curious about it?

Then, how about…we get to know the Bible together?πŸ’›
