Shincheonji Church of Jesus conducted group blood donations to overcome the blood supply emergency situation.
'LIFE ON'
Recently, Korea has gone through a blood supply crisis at a national level, as the omicron variant spreads.
Shincheonji's chairman, Man Hee Lee, said they proceeded with the group blood donation nationally, to overcome emergency blood demand, following Covid-19's prolonging.
Shincheonji discussed with the Blood Management Headquarters of the Korean Red Cross, and are proceeding with the blood donation campaign 'Life ON' by using each city's blood bank and blood donation bus in 74 churches nationwide from 18th to 30th.
They aim to raise blood supplies for 6000 people. confusing Donationg donation card and blood donor card be expected after blood donation.
Shincheonji Church of Jesus said that "We conducted mass blood donations to help after we heard the upsetting news concerning emergency patients" and "Volunteering to donate blood is most precious as it is giving life and is the duty that we must do as believers, in these tough times"
The Korean Red Cross official said that "We thank saints for their decision to go ahead with the blood donation campaign under the national blood supply crisis due to the recent omicron variant, after participating in mass plasma donation to assist in developing Covid-19 vaccine in 2020"
I'm impressed with the attitude towards helping the emergency situation of nation despite legal scrutiny against Shincheonji Church of Jesus in Korea.
This time then, I would also like to participate by volunteering in supporting blood supply

Philadelphia News Journal- SHINCHEONJI CHURCH BEGINS BLOOD DRIVE TO EASE SOUTH KOREA’S “DROUGHT” IN BLOOD SUPPLY
1 Comments
18,628 blood donors from Shincheonji Church of Jesus have effectively restored the emergency blood supply crisis in South Korea with the largest blood donation by any single organisation within just two weeks. The Korean Red Cross has likened SCJ’s voluntary contribution to ‘’rain during a season of drought”. Moreover, all SCJ donors waived their donor rights, equivalent to 110 million Korean won (£70,000), and gifted them to the Red Cross. Why is mainstream media not reporting this? Kudos to Shincheonji.
